From the beginning of time God's will and purpose for His creation was that it would be gathered together in one body to serve Him. So much is this His desire that He inspired the Psalmist to write...
Psalms 133:1
Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!
More than simply being God's desire, it is the requirement for God's blessing as He said "for there the Lord commanded the blessing"
Throughout history God's people have been divided and scattered into many man-made groups, named after men and fashioned after their own creeds and doctrines. This has caused great confusion as many seeking souls, before they even enter into the Kingdom of God, are forced to ask the question "which church is the right Church?" Ezekiel prophesied of this division when he said...
Ezekiel 34:6
My sheep wandered through all the mountains, and upon every high hill: yea, my flock was scattered upon all the face of the earth, and none did search or seek after them.
However, there is still hope for God's people, as Ezekiel prophesied only a few verses later...
Ezekiel 34:12
As a shepherd seeketh out his flock in the day that he is among his sheep that are scattered; so will I seek out my sheep, and will deliver them out of all places where they have been scattered in the cloudy and dark day.
And so today, in our travels around Africa we have seen the hand of God move as we witnessed many followers of Christ come out of their various sects and denominations and become part of the Church where Christ is the head. Brethren who were once divided by name, doctrine, man-made rules and tradition are now made one as they together follow Christ and not man. The Shepherd, Jesus Christ, is seeking out His flock and drawing them into one place.
The purpose of this website is to make provision for God's people in Africa to find brethren as close as possible to their location that they can fellowship with.
